The 2010 InterVin International Wine
Awards Competition is now accepting wine submissions online at www.intervin.ca.The
competition will take place August 31 September 2 at the stunning White Oaks Resort
& Spa in Niagara-On-the-Lake. A panel of sixteen highly skilled professional wine
judges will sample from over 1,000 entries all in the name of discovering the world's top
wines.
"We are pleased to welcome back our returning judges and introduce a few new
experts to the InterVin team," says Christopher Waters, Head Judge of the InterVin
Competition. "Once again, we will collectively taste, evaluate and score all wines in
a blind tasting format in search of Gold, Silver and Bronze medalists."
New this year InterVin launches the hotly contested Winery of the Year
category. The Top 10 finalists will be honored at the Gourmet Gala, during the 2010
Gourmet Food & Wine Expo in Toronto.
