Celebrate seniors' month and the art of staying young with the Burlington Footnotes Senior
Performing Troupe Inc! This upbeat, fast paced musical variety extravaganza showcases the
talent of the 50+ generation. Dazzling costumes, fabulous choreography and high-energy
performances provide fun for audiences of all ages. The show is 2 and one half hours with
a 20 minute intermission. |

In 1985, Brooke Johnson became friends with Pierre Elliott Trudeau, 1 ½ years after
stepping down as Prime Minister. He was no longer doing pirouettes behind the Queen but
sometimes he was hanging around with Brooke, sliding down ice-covered staircases on Mount
Royal. Through reminiscences, journal entries and correspondence, Brooke brings to life
the story of a remarkable friendship. |

The Hobbit - Theatre Sans Fil

Hobbit",in a puppet play inspired by the classical technique of Japanese Bunraku

it with original and modern set design, lighting and music composed by musicians familiar
with the art of puppetry. Don't miss this enchanting tale for all ages. |

The Last Christmas Turkey

The prize turkey destined for the church supper goes missing. The unwitting turkey-nappers
turn out to be Nancy and Braden, a sister and brother from the city who wanted to keep Tom
for a pet. Tom with the aid of three animal friends take off on a desperate bid for
freedom. All ends happily as an old Christmas legend proves true,and a new legend is born.
From the fertile imagination of Wingfield creator Dan Needles comes a rollicking holiday
treat for the whole family. |
